My Story: I'm a 6 month old pup who came to the HSJC from a shelter in Texas. I have a friendly and happy personality and am just a charming guy. I'm listed as a Catahoula mix, but that's just a guess so there's no telling how big I'll be when I grow up. I enjoy giving and receiving affection and love to be petted. I have a good amount of energy so daily exercise is a must for me. I seem to like most other dogs and am approved for children over the age of 5. If you can commit to giving me all the love and attention I need, I'd love to become part of your family!  Witt is approved for families with respectful children over the age of 5.  

The online adoption listing websites require that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.
