Lexi is a gentle, affectionate young cat who has a wonderful mix of playful energy and laid-back charm. She enjoys being around her people and was described by her previous owner as outgoing, loving, and relaxed. Whether she’s curled up in your lap, being carried around, or batting at water for entertainment, Lexi has a sweet personality that’s easy to fall in love with.
She is closely bonded with her friend Archie, and the two are looking for a home where they can stay together. After losing their home due to their owner’s housing situation, they’ve leaned on each other for comfort and companionship through all the changes. Lexi has also lived with other cats before and adjusted well to them.
Once settled into a loving home, Lexi will be a devoted companion who brings affection, fun, and plenty of cozy moments to the lucky people who adopt her and Archie together.
Lexi and Archie are a bonded pair so they have a 2-for-1 adoption fee to help them find a home together!
Lexi has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and received routine treatment for internal and external parasites.

If you are interested in adopting, the first step is to submit an adoption application. You can complete the online adoption application or you can download an application from the links below, attach the completed application to an email, and send it to the Humane Society of Jefferson County at [email protected]. Once the application is received, the approval process will take approximately 1-3 business days and you will be contacted as soon as it is completed.
