Meet Stuart! This handsome young rat is full of curiosity and charm. Stuart loves exploring his surroundings, checking out new toys, and seeing what adventures the day might bring. Friendly and social, he enjoys spending time with people and is always eager to investigate whatever catches his attention. Stuart is closely bonded with his best friend, Louis, and the two must be adopted together. He is looking for a home where he and Louis can continue to grow, play, and share life's adventures side by side.

If you are interested in adopting, the first step is to submit an adoption application. You can complete the online adoption application or you can download an application from the links below, attach the completed application to an email, and send it to the Humane Society of Jefferson County at [email protected]. Once the application is received, the approval process will take approximately 1-3 business days and you will be contacted as soon as it is completed.
