Hi, I'm Sugar Ray!

I'm a sweet blind kitten who needs a loving and attentive adopter. I was in dangerously poor condition when I was found and both of my eyes had to be removed, but now I'm healthy and ready to find my forever home. Because I'm totally blind, I will need ample time to settle into my new environment and learn where everything is. A home with young kids is not suitable for me, but it would be great if I could live with another cat who will help me out and be my playmate. I could also live with a very cat-friendly dog who doesn't chase or pester me. My adopter should block off any stairs in my home until I learn how to navigate them. Blind cats do really, really well once they know the layout of their homes, so the only "special" treatment I need is enough time to figure things out! Lots of people  might want to adopt me because I'm "different," but the best person for me will have time to supervise me and keep me safe, and commit to my happiness and safety for my whole life long!

I'm on a stray hold and not currently available for adoption.
