Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support by greeting and assisting visitors
- Serve as a personal assistant to the management team, handling scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks
- Transcribe and file important documents and correspondence
- Coordinate adoptions and ensure timely completion
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
