Need an indoor space for a party, class, or meeting? Our Community Education Center is available to rent! This spacious room features a modern kitchen with a stove, oven, and refrigerator, and tables and chairs are included in your rental fee. Whether you need a warm indoor place to gather in cold weather or are looking for an air conditioned, insect-free space during the warmer months, this room will comfortably accommodate a crowd.

Room Rental Fees
Non-Profit Youth Groups are able to use the room free of charge during business hours as long as the room is returned to the same condition that it was in when the group arrived. After hours charges of $20 per open or close will apply if applicable. HSJC reserves the right to use its discretion on whether a group qualifies for free use of the LCP Community Education Center.
A $250 refundable security deposit is required.
Four Hours or Less: $25 total
Hourly/All Day: $5 per hour/$50 max (after first two hours)
Security Deposit: $250 (refundable)
Additional Security Deposit (if alcohol is available): $250 (refundable)
Kitchen Fee: $50 flat fee
Four Hours or Less: $100 total
Hourly/All Day: $20 per hour/$200 max (after first two hours)
