Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support by greeting and assisting visitors
  • Serve as a personal assistant to the management team, handling scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks
  • Transcribe and file important documents and correspondence
  • Coordinate adoptions and ensure timely completion

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
