Apple is a sweet, well-mannered girl who was housetrained in her previous home and knows “sit” and “lay down.” Her former owner shared that she was calm indoors, rarely barked, and could be trusted alone for long periods, often spending the time playing or napping. Apple loves a good game of tug-of-war or fetch, and she’s always up for a car ride! While she didn’t live with other pets or children, she’s been friendly with dogs she’s met at the shelter and her previous owner said she adored the kids she encountered. If you’re looking for a loving companion who’s playful yet easygoing, Apple might be the perfect match.
The online adoption listing websites require that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.
Apple has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and received routine treatment for internal and external parasites. Apple has tested negative for heartworm.

Once the application is received, the approval process will take approximately 1-3 business days and you will be contacted as soon as it is completed.
