Pepper is a sweet and affectionate kitten who may seem a little shy at first, but with the support of his best buddy Pete, he quickly comes out of his shell! Once he’s comfortable, he enjoys pets, snuggles, and plenty of playtime. He does well with other cats and loves having a feline friend by his side. With a little patience and love, Pepper will show you just how wonderful and cuddly he truly is!
Pete and Pepper have been waiting a while to find their family so their adopter can name their own adoption fee when they take them home!
I have been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and I've received routine treatment for internal and external parasites.

If you are interested in adopting me, the first step is to submit an adoption application. You can download an application from the links below, attach the completed application to an email, and send it to the Humane Society of Jefferson County at [email protected]. Once the application is received, the approval process will take approximately 1-3 business days and you will be contacted as soon as it is completed.
