Cat Adoption Application

Please answer the questions below completely and honestly. We strive to make good matches between adopters and pets, find lifelong companions for our clients, and place animals in loving and responsible homes.

What’s Included?

The adoption fee for our cats and kittens includes all of the following:

• Spay/neuter surgery
• Deworming
• Parasite preventative or treatment (if needed)
• Distemper and rabies vaccination (if age-appropriate)
• Microchip
• Certificate for a free first vet exam (at participating clinics)

If you were to do all these procedures yourself the average cost would be upwards of $300!
