Cecil is a charming and mellow guy who’s always happy to kick back and enjoy some rest and relaxation. He has a sweet, easygoing nature and loves soaking up attention and gentle pets. Don’t let his laid-back vibe fool you, though—he’s got a playful streak, especially when catnip mice are around! Add in his love for treats, and you've got a cat who’s equal parts cozy companion and fun little buddy.
Cecil is currently staying at PetSmart West in Madison.
I have been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and I've received routine treatment for internal and external parasites. I am also declawed.

If you are interested in adopting me, the first step is to submit an adoption application. You can download an application from the links below, attach the completed application to an email, and send it to the Humane Society of Jefferson County at [email protected]. Once the application is received, the approval process will take approximately 1-3 business days and you will be contacted as soon as it is completed.
