My Story: I'm a super sweet and intelligent young girl looking for a loving and responsible home.  I've been at the shelter for months because the law considers animals as "evidence" in court cases. (Don't worry, the court case had nothing to do with me personally!).  Now I'm finally available for adoption and am excited to find the wonderful home I deserve!  The shelter staff has given me lots of love and attention (I'm one of their favorite dogs ever) but I've missed out on living in a home environment for a good part of my young life. I have a friendly, happy, and affectionate personality, but will need a dog experienced adopter because I've got some catching up to do! Training classes are a must and will help me bond with my new owner.  I'm approved for kids aged 15 and up and will be a superb companion to the right family.  I have a medium/high energy level and will appreciate daily walks and lots of play time (and lots of cuddle time, too!). I've been in limbo for such a long time through no fault of my own, and I have a huge amount of love and devotion to offer.  If you have dog experience and can commit to me for the rest of my life, I would definitely like to meet you!
