My Story: I'm a friendly and loving terrier-type mix who came from an overcrowded shelter in Alabama.  I can be a bit shy at first, but I warm up quickly to kind people.  I'm a mature guy at 10 years of age but I still have plenty of energy and a huge amount of love to give.  Some people will pass me by because of my age, but dog lovers know that older pooches have so much to offer.  And also, don't you think I deserve to be loved just as much as a younger dog? I'm looking for a committed adopter who will enjoy my companionship and make me a priority. I'm approved for families with kids over the age of 15 and will bring a lot of  love, laughter, and happiness to my new  home!

The online adoption listing websites require that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix.
