Fall Rabies Clinic

The shelter will be hosting it’s annual Fall Rabies Clinic, sponsored by Waterloo Veterinary Clinic, on Saturday, October 24th, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The clinic will be held at the Jefferson County Fair Park. Rabies vaccinations cost $10.00 each and will be good for one year unless a rabies certificate is presented as proof of a current, unexpired rabies vaccination, in which case the vaccination will be good for three years. Rabies tags CANNOT be accepted as proof of a current vaccination.

All dogs must be on 4′-6′ non-retractable leashes and all cats must be in secure carriers.
