Need an indoor space for a party, class, or meeting? Our Community Education Center is available to rent! This spacious room features a modern kitchen with a stove, oven, and refrigerator, and tables and chairs are included in your rental fee. Whether you need a warm indoor place to gather in cold weather or are looking for an air conditioned, insect-free space during the warmer months, this room will comfortably accommodate a crowd.

Room Rental Fees
4 hours or less: No charge*
Additional fees after initial 4 hours: $10 per hour
Security deposit: $250 (refundable)
Additional security deposit (if alcohol is available): $250 (refundable)
*Non-Profit Youth groups are able to use the room free of charge during business hours as long as the room is returned to
the same condition that it was in when the group arrived. Before/after-hours charges will still apply if applicable. HSJC
reserves the right to use its discretion on whether a group qualifies for free use of the LCP Community Education Center.
Four Hours or Less: $50 total
Hourly/All Day: $10 per hour

NOTE: A $100 charge will apply to the responsible party in the event of an arrival before 10:00 am and
a $100 charge will apply to the responsible party in the event of staying after 6:00 pm.
