My Story: I'm a playful girl whose owners found me four years ago in the New Mexico desert.  I was surrendered because my owners felt I had too much energy for their small apartment, and because I didn't like the very young child pestering me.  I am crate trained and know the commands for sit, shake, lay down, off, and roll.  I love to play fetch and I seem to like other dogs.  I can be hesitant with new people, especially men, but if you treat me kindly I will want to be your best friend.  I'm looking for a gentle adopter in a home where there are no young kids.  I have a lot of love to give and will be a super affectionate companion to whoever is lucky enough to take me home!
