Hi, I'm Snow White!

I'm a young spayed female white American Pit Bull Terrier / Mix.

I'm a very sweet young girl who came to shelter as a stray. Did you know that right here in Jefferson County, many dogs and cats end up at the shelter and their owners never come to reclaim them? It's sad, but it's true. I guess I'm happy about this, though, because it means I can find an adopter who will really love and care about me! I can be a tiny bit shy at first but if you're nice to me, I'll quickly think of you as my best friend. I am affectionate, good tempered, and just an all-around sweetheart. My heritage is unknown so you could call me an All-American Mixed Breed! I love to be petted and am thrilled when someone tells me I'm a good girl. I enjoy going for walks and seem to be quite well behaved on a leash. I'm looking for a forever home where I'll get lots of love and attention. I'm approved for children aged 10 and up and would love to be part of a caring family! Snow White is approved for families with respectful children aged 10 and up.

The online adoption listing websites require that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.
My adoption fee is $200.00.
I have been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and I've received routine treatment for internal and external parasites. I have tested negative for heartworm.
