Meet Bucky!
Age: Approximately 1 year
My Story: I'm a big, happy teddy bear who is still very much a puppy. I am intelligent, affectionate, and silly, and my two favorite things are people and belly rubs. :) I have a lot of energy and will need daily exercise and play time. I'm working on life skills like not jumping up on people and walking nicely on a leash. I'd love to attend training classes and should be a fast learner because I'm so smart! I'm looking for a caring adopter who will give me lots of attention because I thrive on human interaction. My sweet disposition and great attitude make me a marvelous boy, and I'm excited to share my life with someone who loves me as much as I love them! Bucky is approved for an adults-only home. (Bucky is good friends with another dog at the shelter named Django. Bucky and Django do NOT have to be adopted together. However, if they are adopted together they'll have a reduced "two for one" adoption fee of $200.00.)
Thanks to a generous donor, my adoption fee is just $150.00
Bucky has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and received routine treatment for internal and external parasites. Bucky has tested negative for heartworm.
