I'm a 8 year old neutered male black Extra-Toes Cat (Hemingway Polydactyl).
I'm a sweet boy who is playful and affectionate. I'm also polydactyl, which means I have extra toes! :) I was surrendered to the shelter because I was frightened by the other animals in my home. My previous owners said that I like to be petted and am good about using my scratching post. They also said that I'll be happiest in a home without small children. I have many years of love to give and am excited to share my life with a caring adopter!
As part of the shelter's Falling in Love promotion, my adoption fee is just $40.00 during the month of September!
I am currently staying at Petsmart West in Madison.
I have been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and I've received routine treatment for internal and external parasites.

If you are interested in adopting me, the first step is to submit an adoption application. You can download an application from the links below, attach the completed application to an email, and send it to the Humane Society of Jefferson County at shelter@hsjc-wis.com. Once the application is received, the approval process will take approximately 1-3 business days and you will be contacted as soon as it is completed.
