Meet Abby!

  • 2 years old (estimated)
  • Spayed female
  • Has done well with other cats at the shelter, but was bullied by another cat in her previous home
  • No known experience with dogs or children

Abby is a sweet, sensitive girl who’s just looking for a place where she can finally relax. She came to us after being bullied by another cat in her previous home, which led her to spend much of her time hiding. With all the activity here, she’s understandably a little stressed and can often be found tucked safely into her cubby.

She may not rush out to greet you, but reach in to gently pet her and she melts into purrs and makes the sweetest little biscuits. Once she starts to feel comfortable, she’ll venture out to rub against you and soak up more affection. Abby has done well with laid-back cats here and seems to appreciate calm companionship.

She would thrive in a quieter home without a lot of hustle and bustle, somewhere she can feel safe, secure, and free to just be herself. In the right environment, Abby will blossom into a loving, devoted companion who treasures her person.

Abby has been waiting a while to find her family, so her adopters can name their own adoption fee when they take her home!

Adoption Fee: Decided by her adopter.
Abby has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and received routine treatment for internal and external parasites.
