Does your barn, workshop or outbuilding need vermin control? Glean is ready to help! Glean is unsocialized with people, so she's not your typical housecat and has little interest being pet or held, but she does want a home to call her own!
Working cats should be adopted in pairs, and the staff at HSJC will help you determine the best set of cats for your circumstances. Working cats are already spayed/neutered and vaccinated and their adoption fees are waived. We simply ask that you feed and provide shelter for your feline employees for the remainder of their lives!
I have been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and I've received routine treatment for internal and external parasites.

If you are interested in adopting me, the first step is to submit an adoption application. You can download an application from the links below, attach the completed application to an email, and send it to the Humane Society of Jefferson County at [email protected]. Once the application is received, the approval process will take approximately 1-3 business days and you will be contacted as soon as it is completed.
