Archie is a lovely young guy with a fun, affectionate personality and an easygoing attitude. His previous owner described him as outgoing, relaxed, playful, and independent, while still being a true lap cat who loves attention, petting, and even being held. He also has a goofy side and enjoys playing in water, adding a little extra fun and personality to everyday life.
Archie shares a close bond with his friend Lexi, and the two must be adopted together. Though they aren’t related, they’ve become each other’s comfort and companionship through a major life change after losing their home when their owner could no longer keep them. Archie has also lived with other cats and done well with them.
With his sweet nature, playful charm, and loving personality, Archie will be a wonderful companion who brings warmth, fun, and plenty of cuddles into his new home, especially with Lexi by his side.
Archie and Lexi are a bonded pair so they have a 2-for-1 adoption fee to help them find a home together!
Archie has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and received routine treatment for internal and external parasites.

If you are interested in adopting, the first step is to submit an adoption application. You can complete the online adoption application or you can download an application from the links below, attach the completed application to an email, and send it to the Humane Society of Jefferson County at [email protected]. Once the application is received, the approval process will take approximately 1-3 business days and you will be contacted as soon as it is completed.
