Roxie is a very sweet girl with a big love for food. She originally came in as a stray in Louisiana extremely emaciated and later transferred to us. Since then, this resilient girl has gained healthy weight and now enjoys every meal to the fullest. Roxie adores belly rubs, snuggles, and going for walks, just don’t expect her to venture into deep snow; she prefers to keep her paws on the cleared paths. With her gentle spirit and loving personality, Roxie is ready to find a home where she’ll be cherished and never have to worry again.
Roxie has been waiting a while to find her family so her adopter can name their own adoption fee when they take her home!
The online adoption listing websites require that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.
Roxie has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and received routine treatment for internal and external parasites. Roxie has tested negative for heartworm.

Once the application is received, the approval process will take approximately 1-3 business days and you will be contacted as soon as it is completed.
