Meet Jeanie!
- 1 year old (estimated)
- Spayed female
- Did well meeting a kitten at the shelter
- Did well meeting children at the shelter
- No known experience with dogs
Jeanie is a beautiful, sleek long-haired girl with a personality every bit as lovely as her looks. Sweet, friendly, and affectionate, she’s the kind of cat who’s happiest curled up in your lap soaking up all the pets and attention you’re willing to give. She doesn’t wait long to make herself comfortable and will happily climb right in for some quality cuddle time.
But Jeanie isn’t all snuggles. She has a playful side too and enjoys batting around toys and getting involved in a good wand toy session. She brings a nice balance of affection and fun that makes spending time with her a joy.
Jeanie has done well meeting both a kitten and young children at the shelter, but she can be a little skittish around sudden noises and a lot of activity. Because of that, she may be happiest in a home that’s a bit calmer and gives her space to settle in and feel secure.
With her sweet nature, playful spirit, and love of being close to her people, Jeanie will make a loving and wonderful companion for her lucky adopter.
Jeanie has been waiting a while to find her family so her adopter can name their own adoption fee when they take her home!
Jeanie has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and received routine treatment for internal and external parasites.
