Meet Pringles!
- 3.5 months old
- Neutered male
- Requires a feline playmate in the home
- Not a good match for young children
- No known experience with dogs
- Needs help with trust and socialization
Pringles has come a long way since arriving at the shelter. He came in very afraid of people, but he has made huge strides and is learning that humans can be trusted and that good things like pets, food, and playtime come from them. He may still be wary at first, but once he starts to feel safe, his wonderful personality shines through. He’s a playful, energetic kitten who loves to romp and wrestle with his feline friends before piling into a cozy cuddle puddle when playtime is over.
Pringles will need an adopter who is willing to continue his socialization and help him build confidence through several short, positive sessions each day. Keeping him in a small, quiet space such as a bathroom for the first few weeks can help him feel secure while he learns that his new people are safe and predictable. A confident feline companion will also be an important part of his transition, giving him a buddy to follow and helping him feel more comfortable in his new surroundings.
Because Pringles needs time, patience, and gentle guidance to continue blossoming, he’s looking for a quiet home without young children. For the right adopter, watching this once-frightened kitten discover how wonderful people can be will be incredibly rewarding, and in time, Pringles has all the potential to become a playful, affectionate companion.
