Meet Carrot Mae!

  • 1 year old
  • Spayed female
  • Bonded with Broccoli Oscar and they must be adopted together
  • Did well with a dog in her previous home
  • No known experience with children

Carrot Mae is a confident, outgoing young girl with a big personality and an even bigger zest for life. She and her bonded brother, Broccoli Oscar, lost the only home they’ve ever known when their family could no longer afford their care. They share a very special bond and must be adopted together so they can continue bringing each other comfort, companionship, and plenty of fun.

Her previous family described Carrot as social, friendly, energetic, playful, curious, goofy, loving, and always ready to be part of the action. They especially loved how confident she is, saying, "She's very confident and outgoing. She's vocal and loves to yap." Carrot isn't shy about sharing her opinions, whether she's greeting you, asking for attention, or reminding you that dinner is definitely due—usually about an hour earlier than you might think!

Carrot is fearless and independent, but she's also incredibly affectionate in her own way. She enjoys snuggling next to her people rather than on top of them and absolutely loves playtime. Once she gets going, she'll happily chase toys until she's completely worn out. And if you open a Churu anywhere in the house, she'll be there before you know it.

Carrot and Broccoli are wonderful companions for each other. They love playing, cuddling, and navigating life side by side, with Carrot often leading the way while Broccoli follows her confident example. She also previously lived with a dog and tolerated him well, choosing to simply walk away if he became too bothersome. With her playful spirit, chatty personality, and loving heart, Carrot Mae is ready to start her next chapter with Broccoli by her side in a home that will cherish them both.

Broccoli Oscar and Carrot Mae have been waiting a while to find their family so their adopter can name their own adoption fee when they take them home!
