Meet Mia!
- 11 years old (estimated)
- Spayed female
- Lived with other cats and did well
- Looking for a quiet home without children
- No known experience with dogs
Mia is a sweet adult female cat who is still finding her footing in the shelter. While she may be a little stand-offish with new people at first, with patience she blossoms into a purring, affectionate companion who loves to rub up against you for pets. Once she trusts you, her loud motor will let you know just how happy she is! Mia would thrive in a quieter home without young children, where she can feel safe and relaxed. Her previous owner described her as shy, talkative, and a cuddly lap cat who enjoys gentle petting on her soft, smooth fur. She lived with other cats and would play with them until she was ready for some quiet time. Mia also loves her toys, especially soft, sparkly balls and mice (both real & fake!). With a little patience and love, she is sure to become a devoted and loving companion to her lucky adopter.
Mia has been waiting a while to find her family so her adopter can name their own adoption fee when they take her home!
Mia is currently staying at PetSmart West in Madison.
Mia has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and received routine treatment for internal and external parasites.
