Furry Friends Kids Camp – Full!

The Humane Society of Jefferson County will host our first Winter Furry Friends Kids Camp this year! The camp will run from Tuesday, December 27th, to Friday, December 30th. This day camp will provide a fun-filled experience for children as they learn about kindness and compassion for the animals who share our world. Campers will also learn how shelters, like the Humane Society of Jefferson County, help animals in need.

Camp runs each day from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Registration open to children ages 5 to 12.

Campers will participate in animal related programs, games, crafts and activities, including a behind the scenes shelter tour and interacting with animals such as dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and domestic rats.

Registration for the full camp is $130.00 or you can choose which days your child will attend for $35.00 per day. If you register additional sibling(s) there is a 10% discount on their registration fee. Lunch is available for an additional $5.00 per child per day. There is a $2.50 processing fee charged when registering online.
