Microchip & Rabies Clinic

The Badger Veterinary Hospital will join the HSJC in sponsoring our Microchip & Rabies Clinic.

The clinic will be held on Saturday, September 5th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Humane Society of Jefferson County. Appointments are required. Call 920-674-2048 to schedule an appointment.

Rabies vaccinations will cost $15.00 each. All rabies vaccinations will be good for one year unless a rabies certificate is provided as proof of a current rabies vaccination, in which case a three-year vaccine may be given. Rabies tags cannot be accepted as proof of a current rabies vaccination.

Microchips will cost $25.00 each. The cost includes the chip and registration.

The fees can be paid over the phone when the appointment is scheduled.

All cats must be contained in carriers and all dogs must be on a 4′-6′ non-retractable leash.
