Melody is a sweet girl who was understandably scared and confused when she first arrived at the shelter after losing the only home she'd ever known. Give her a little time to settle in, though, and her wonderful personality quickly shines through. She's calm, friendly, playful, cuddly, curious, and independent, and she's already showing us how much she loves people by happily greeting visitors and rolling around in delight for pets.

Melody is a true lap cat who enjoys quality time with her people while also appreciating opportunities to explore and entertain herself. She previously lived with children ages 7 and up and was playful and gentle with them. After such a big change, she's ready for a loving home where she can settle in, feel secure, and be the sweet and affectionate companion she's meant to be.
