Barnaby is a friendly, curious, and affectionate young guy who loves attention and can be quite the chatterbox when he's in the mood. He was actually found right here at the shelter after he followed a staff member down the dog trail, talking and asking for pets the entire way!

He was understandably a little nervous when he first arrived, but within just a couple of days he was back to his friendly self and once again asking for attention and affection. Barnaby enjoys pets and scratches, but being held or carried is scary for him, so he'll need an adopter who understands that he'd much rather keep all four paws firmly on the ground. With someone who respects his boundaries, Barnaby will be a sweet and entertaining companion.

Barnaby is currently staying at PetSmart West in Madison.
