HSJC Partners with Township of Koshkonong

The Humane Society of Jefferson County is excited to announce a new partnership with the Town of Koshkonong for domestic animal control services starting in 2025. This collaboration marks a significant step toward ensuring the humane treatment and safe handling of all stray pets in the community, including dogs, cats, small animals, and birds.

• Effective Date: Beginning January 1, 2025, HSJC will officially manage all domestic animal control services for the Town of Koshkonong.
• Primary Contact: Residents who encounter stray animals should contact local law enforcement via the non-emergency line. Officers will coordinate with HSJC to ensure timely, humane care.
• Public Drop-Offs: Individuals may also bring stray animals directly to the Humane Society of Jefferson County, providing a convenient and safe alternative for their care.
