Meet Dilly!
I'm a gentle and undemanding girl who is closely bonded with my best friend, Polly. We have a special 2 for the price of 1 adoption fee to help us find a home together. We are looking for a quiet home without young children, and will need to stay in a room of our own for about a month while we get used to our surroundings. I need time to settle in and feel safe, but once I'm comfortable I like to sit next to my person and get head scratches. I like to play as much as any other kitten, but crunchy treats are what I really get excited about. As a matter of fact, I get so excited for my treats that I start pacing back and forth in anticipation! If you are a kind and gentle person who will give Polly and I time to adjust to our new home, you are someone we would love to meet!
Dilly has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and received routine treatment for internal and external parasites.

If you are interested in adopting, the first step is to submit an adoption application. You can download an application from the links below, attach the completed application to an email, and send it to the Humane Society of Jefferson County at [email protected]. Once the application is received, the approval process will take approximately 1-3 business days and you will be contacted as soon as it is completed.
