I'm a wonderful boy with a cuddly and laid back personality. I enjoy being petted and am very good about using my scratching post. I was an "indoor/outdoor" cat in my previous home, but the outdoors is a very dangerous place for cats so the shelter requires indoor only homes for cats and kittens. Because I was allowed outside in the past, I've learned to go out the door when someone opens it. This means my adopter must check where I am before opening the door to go out. There are many ways to teach a cat not go out the door and the shelter can give you some great tips! (Mostly you just have to check where I am before you open the door.)  I lived with a dog and another cat and got along fine with them, and I loved the children too! If you're looking for a relaxed and mellow companion who likes kids and other animals, I could be purrfect for you!
