LENA: Yellow Labrador Retriever type, spayed female, 4 years old, medium/high energy level, super friendly, very sweet and playful, loves everyone she meets, good leash manners, seems to like most other friendly dogs, will need potty training, approved for families with respectful children.

I'm a super friendly girl with an extremely sweet disposition. I am very outgoing and have a "life of the party" personality! I was found in my home with my deceased owner and now I need someone new to love. I adore every person I meet and also seem to like most other friendly dogs. I have a good deal of energy and will need daily exercise and play time with my family. I will also need help with potty training and should be a fast learner with training based on positive reinforcement (praise and treats). I absolutely love stuffed toys (the bigger the better) and am thrilled when someone throws a toy for me to chase. I'm approved for families with respectful children and am looking for an adopter who will commit to me for the rest of my life. I have an enormous amount of love to share and will be the happiest girl in the world when I find a forever home! 

The online adoption listing websites require that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.
