Aslan is a sweet, playful kitten with plenty of curiosity and energy, but he's still figuring out that people aren't so scary. He loves all the fun that comes with being a kitten, and with patience and encouragement, his affectionate personality will continue to blossom.

Aslan is bonded with his brother, Alfie, and the two must be adopted together. Their bond gives them both comfort and confidence as they navigate new experiences, and having Alfie by his side helps Aslan continue to grow into the confident, playful kitten he's meant to be. Together, they'll keep each other company as they settle into their new home.

Aslan's adopter should be prepared to dedicate time to his socialization. He'll need to start out in a small, quiet room and have multiple short socialization sessions each day for several weeks while he learns to feel comfortable with his new family. This extra effort is essential to helping him reach his full potential. Without proper socialization, under-socialized kittens can remain fearful and spend much of their lives hiding. Aslan and Alfie are not a good fit for a home with young children, but in a patient, understanding home, they have every opportunity to grow into fun, loving companions.
