They will reach out to you via email to set up the appointment. They are only offering surgical appointments (vaccines can be added with surgery) and can not book vaccine/exam appointments. A $50 deposit will be required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment. Emails will be answered on a first come first serve basis.
